Leadership is a concept that everyone talks about, but very few have much formal training in. It is amazing that for such a critical concept, and everyone has opinions about good leadership, that a low number of great leaders are developed. Most people learn about leadership through trial and error. Something this important shouldn’t be left to that. This session will take participants though learning about leadership as you develop on your own focus of what are the key elements that great leaders possess. Several activities will help you define your own leadership characteristics.
