Innovation Synergy (IS) is a collaboration of colleagues from educational and business organizations located in Greece and the United States.

Innovation Synergy develops human potential to sustain quality organizations. Through significant learning experiences, we go beyond training, to embed change into the culture of an organization through employee engagement initiatives. Realizing the valuable role of employees, we provide for their growth to increase the sustainability and retention vital to success. Innovation Synergy blends a backward-looking study at an organization’s tradition which has built the foundation with a balance of forward-looking innovation to build the future.

Business

In Greece, IS consists of business leaders who have built successful companies. Each has a unique perspective of having worked in both business and education and can bridge the understanding of how each needs the other.

Businesses need innovative training to make the change necessary to maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Education is needed to retain employees to advance their careers and the goals of the organization. Through professional development, executive learning, collaboration and consultative services, IS delivers strategies for your organization to meet its mission and reach for new goals.

Education

In the United States, IS colleagues consist of educational leaders from Minnesota State (Minnesota State Colleges and Universities). They authored the book, Designing Effective Teaching and Significant Learning to provide leadership for faculty in designing their campus leadership experiences as it examines the cycle of their work with students and business partnerships. Recognized as leaders in their fields of teaching and learning and committed to sharing their experiences to help other faculty and administration, front-line workers and management to understand and use these best practices to improve the academy. Their experience combines over 150 years of teaching, 75 years of leading centers for teaching and learning, and presenting internationally at over 500 conferences, workshops, and webinars on topics of course and curriculum design, online teaching, classroom learning strategies and campus leadership.
